In sims complete edition how do you make a new sim?

I already have the house and everything in it, but the dad died in a fire and i want 2 make a new dad and another kid. How do i make a new dad and a new kid when i already have the house and everything??



I don't have sims 2 or 3 or deluxe edition just the Sims Complete edition.In sims complete edition how do you make a new sim?

is there a edit family button? you be able to make a new sim on that, hope this helps
